Update: Pre-Test Ride Paperwork

The measures that we are taking to keep our services covid-safe include the introduction of online pre-Test Ride paperwork. Please read and complete the following to help us help you:

 

  1. Test Ride Protocol – measures we are taking to keep everyone safe at your appointment.
  2. So that we can avoid shared paperwork at your appointment, please ensure to complete the Test Ride Disclaimer online beforehand.
  3. Please read through and familiarise yourself with the Sales & Rental T&Cs so that you are ready to sign online following your test ride.
  4. The home consultation fee should be paid directly to your SMART Advisor via BACS ahead of your appointment; cash will not be accepted on the day.
  5. Following your test ride, please use our webshop to process your rental order or any accessories purchases. Payments are accepted via our secure online payment page or by PayPal.
